• Domain registration details (required for WHOIS registration and auDA compliance for Australian domains).
• Technical information (IP address, browser type, device identifiers collected via cookies and server logs).
• Support correspondence and any information you provide when contacting us.

You may visit our website without providing personal information; however, some features require account registration.

2. How Do We Use Your Information?

We use the personal information we collect to:

• Provision, manage, and support the services you have purchased.
• Process payments and send invoices, receipts, and renewal notices.

• Respond to your support requests and enquiries.
• Comply with our legal obligations under Australian law.
• Send transactional and service-related communications (e.g., renewal reminders, maintenance notices).
• Improve our website and services based on usage analytics.

We will not use your information for direct marketing purposes without your explicit consent, and you may opt out at any time.

3. How Do We Protect Your Information?

We implement a range of security measures to protect your personal information, including:

• SSL/TLS encryption for all data transmitted to and from our websites.
• Secure storage of personal data on servers located in Australian data centres.
• Access controls limiting staff access to personal information on a need-to-know basis.
• Regular security assessments of our systems and infrastructure.

Payment card information is processed by our payment gateway providers and is not stored on Netracom's servers after a transaction is completed.

4. Do We Use Cookies?

Yes. We use cookies and similar technologies to enhance your browsing experience, remember your preferences, and analyse site traffic. Cookies used on our site include:

• Essential cookies — required for the client portal and checkout to function.
• Analytics cookies — used to understand how visitors interact with our website.

You can control cookie preferences through your browser settings. Disabling essential cookies may affect the functionality of our client portal.

5. Do We Share Your Information with Third Parties?

We do not sell or trade your personal information. We may share your information with trusted third parties only where necessary to deliver our services, including:

• Domain registries and registrars — your details may be submitted to auDA and other registries as required by domain registration rules.
• Payment processors — to process your payments securely.
• Hosting infrastructure providers — to provision and operate the services you have purchased.
• Legal and regulatory bodies — where we are required to disclose information by Australian law.

All third-party service providers are bound by confidentiality obligations and are required to handle personal information in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

6. Disclosure of Information to Overseas Recipients

Where it is necessary to disclose your personal information to an overseas recipient (for example, to an international domain registry), we will take reasonable steps to ensure the recipient handles your information in a manner consistent with the Australian Privacy Principles. By providing your personal information, you consent to such transfers where necessary for service delivery.
